We aim to make shipping simple and transparent. Below you’ll find important information about order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and how holidays may impact your order.

Orders require 2 business days for warehouse processing.
If you place your order on Monday through Wednesday, it will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Thursday or Friday will ship the following Monday.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. This affects expected delivery times for expedited shipping options UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® as noted below.

Please note: Our order processing timeline may be affected by holidays that fall on a business day. See the section below for details on how holidays impact order processing times.

Order Transit Time

​Standard Economy Flat Rate: 2-8 days depending on your delivery address. We use a variety of shipping carriers at our discretion.

Orders shipping to AK and HI ship with USPS and may take longer than 8 business days. 

We DO NOT ship to  U.S. territories and APO/FPO. Please note we ship from a warehouse located on the West Coast so expect shorter transit times for closer delivery addresses.

UPS® Ground

Transit times are quoted by UPS based on the delivery address.
Please note these times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by UPS, as we have no control over how UPS handles a shipment once it is picked up from our warehouse. UPS may quote a transit time of 1-2 days for delivery addresses located closer to our warehouse; however, this is not the same as UPS guaranteed UPS Next Day Air® or USP 2nd Day Air® service.

UPS® Ground

Transit times are quoted by UPS based on the delivery address.

Holiday Timelines for Order Processing

Our fulfillment team is very efficient and strives to process orders in the shortest amount of time after they are received. Our warehouse is closed during all federal holidays that are observed in the U.S. to provide the team with a well-deserved break. Please note that our standard order processing time can vary after the team returns from a holiday break. Orders can take an additional 1-2 days of processing time depending on the volume of shipments received and other factors that we do our best to plan for ahead of time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Order Transit Times

Carriers are closed during all U.S. federally observed holidays.
Please note that carrier scanning delays are outside of our control. In some cases, packages picked up the day before a holiday may not show as scanned until the carrier resumes operations after the holiday.Transit delays for UPS® Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air® are also beyond our control. Carrier holiday closures may extend delivery times by one or more business days, particularly when a holiday falls in the latter half of the week, as we do not deliver on weekends.
