ReTURNS & EXCHANGES 

At Stico, we want you to love your shoes. If they’re not the right fit,not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date your shoes arrive to request a return or exchange. Items must be in new, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Tip: To keep your shoes eligible for return, please try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.

​We offer free returns and exchanges for unworn items only.​

Your Options

​We make returns simple. You can:

  1. Exchange [ Free ]

​Exchange your shoes for:

  • A different size

  • A different style

  • A replacement pair if yours arrived defective

[ All exchanges are completely free ]

 2. Return for Store Credit [ Free ]

Return your unworn item for store credit, and we’ll cover the return shipping.

 3. Return for a Refund [ Free ]

Return your unworn item for a refund to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping cost applies

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.

​Important: Please do not send shoes back without authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@sticoshoes.com. We’ll take care of it immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Shoes that show visible wear (anything beyond trying on indoors)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

​Undeliverable packages (returned to us by the courier) are the responsibility of the customer and may not be eligible for a refund.
